For millennia, there existed a group dedicated to delivering justice against the world.  Any disturbance and they know about it.  Yet, their goal is accomplished through weeding out potential catastrophes.  Individuals who consistently cause harm and threaten society, are judged and handled accordingly.  
Through their reach is far and wide, three manage the entire organization on their own.  Two are the eradication force while the third is shrouded in even more mystery but one thing about that person’s duties is informing the task force what their assignments are.  This is a record of the attack duo and their battle to overcome their weaknesses.
